We are seeking a highly skilled Export Operations Coordinator to join our team at Heathrow Personnel. As an Export Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our export operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Export Operations: Coordinate and manage the export process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
- Customs Entries: Prepare and submit customs entries for air exports, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Quoting and Pre-Alerts: Prepare and send quotes to customers, as well as pre-alerts to ensure smooth export operations.
- Key Accounts: Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- AWB Management: Cut and manage AWBs (Air Waybills) to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
Requirements:
- Export Operations Experience: Proven experience in export operations, with a strong understanding of customs regulations and laws.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Customs Entries: Ability to prepare and submit customs entries for air exports, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Steady Work History: A steady work history, with a strong track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- PC Literate: Proficient in PC software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
