We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Sales & Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Third Nexus Group Limited. Our organization specializes in providing innovative web and mobile solutions for asset management, task workflows, and inspection services.

The ideal candidate for the Sales & Account Manager role will collaborate closely with our internal development team to ensure that our clients receive effective and intelligent solutions. You will play a crucial role in fostering the growth of our organization.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Establishing and nurturing client relationships through a structured Account Management program.
  • Providing comprehensive training to users to enhance their understanding and utilization of our products.
  • Engaging in negotiations with clients to facilitate the renewal of their licenses.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling additional product features.
  • Prospecting new clients, arranging product demonstrations, and following up on potential leads.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and providing timely responses.
  • Generating sales by delivering quotes and negotiating terms.
  • Conducting onsite and online training sessions to optimize product usage.

Additional Information:

Working hours are from 8am to 4pm, with a one-hour lunch break. The role may require travel, including possible overnight stays, and hours may vary based on business needs.
