About the Role

This role is crucial in connecting customers to the high voltage transmission system in England and Wales and turning the UK's net zero ambitions into reality. As a Relationship Assistant, you will support the team in ensuring our customers are guided through our connections process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Relationship Managers and attend customer meetings where required.
  • Act as a team data champion for our CRM system to ensure our data is accurate; including key events, customer contact details, case management and regular liaison with Contract Coordinators.
  • Act as Customer Survey (Quality of Connection) team champion, share data to track trends and support Relationship Manager in completing investigations of surveys (closing the loop).
  • Build a basic knowledge and understanding of TO Connection Offers and Agreements.
  • Maintain and update as necessary the team's procedural documents (SOP's etc).

Requirements

  • Thrives in a busy working environment with numerous activities running in parallel.
  • Proven computer literacy with the ability to use word processing and spreadsheet packages to at least intermediate standard is essential (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in using a CRM System (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
