Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Manager to join our Partnerships team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor professional teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of new properties.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a background in project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the regulatory environment and industry standards.
  • Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
