Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Legionella Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and ensure the compliance and service delivery of our expanding legionella department across the UK. This role involves close collaboration with the Field Operations Manager and the administrative team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective legionella management strategies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and assess legionella risks and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Field Operations Manager to ensure effective communication and coordination between teams.
- Provide training and support to staff on legionella management and compliance procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in legionella management and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
