Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Macstaff. As a key member of our Quality Team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GDP regulations and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our pharmaceutical distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage GDP compliance across our global operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and support a small QA team, providing guidance and training to ensure effective quality management practices.
- Collaborate with the Responsible Person (RP) to ensure compliance with GDP and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS).
- Conduct risk assessments, change control, deviations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning to ensure continuous improvement.
- Liaise with third-party contractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure compliance with GDP and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain quality planning, including audit schedules and third-party quality testing.
- Ensure customer and supplier qualifications are performed correctly and in a timely manner, adhering to GDP, MHRA, and WHA regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a GDP environment, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Supervisory/management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficient PC skills across MS Office, with the ability to present and train colleagues.
- Experience conducting internal and external audits, with a strong attention to detail.
