About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Charterhouse Recruitment Services. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Advanced Power BI Solutions: Utilize technical skills in DAX and SQL to create robust and dynamic data visualizations that deliver valuable insights into sales and service performance.
  • Drive Optimization and Enhancement: Continuously improve Power BI solutions to meet evolving business needs and deliver impactful insights.
  • Engage with Operational Teams: Collaborate with operational teams to deeply understand their data analysis needs and tailor Power BI solutions to provide relevant and actionable insights.
  • Communicate Complex Data Findings: Effectively communicate complex data findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead the continuous improvement of the MI delivery process, leveraging Power BI development skills to streamline reporting and increase efficiency.
  • Provide Technical Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of development and growth in Power BI competencies.
  • Oversee Governance: Oversee the governance of KPI changes and definitions, applying technical expertise to ensure accuracy and relevance in KPI metrics.
  • Manage BAU Work: Manage the day-to-day allocation of BAU work, utilizing a deep understanding of Power BI development to prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • Strong Team Player: A strong team player who is comfortable forging relationships across senior stakeholders and delivering honest messages.
  • MI Delivery Experience: Experience in delivering MI through data visualization tools (preferably Power BI) across operational teams.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Power BI Accreditation: Have or be working towards a Power BI professional accreditation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Be proficient or working towards proficiency in technical disciplines such as DAX, SQL, R, and Python.
