About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at SPG Resourcing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of Power BI solutions to empower operational teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, utilizing skills in DAX and SQL to create dynamic data visualizations.
  • Optimize and enhance Power BI solutions to meet changing business requirements and deliver impactful insights.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to understand their data analysis needs and customize Power BI solutions for actionable insights.
  • Communicate complex data findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Champion continuous improvement in the MI delivery process, using Power BI skills to streamline reporting and increase efficiency.
  • Provide technical mentorship to team members, fostering growth in Power BI competencies.
  • Manage the day-to-day allocation of business-as-usual (BAU) work, prioritizing tasks effectively using a deep understanding of Power BI development.
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering management information (MI) through data visualization tools (preferably Power BI) within operational teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Working towards or holding a Power BI professional accreditation.
  • Proficient or working towards proficiency in technical disciplines such as DAX, SQL, R, and Python.
