Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Between four (4) and seven (7) years of client-focused requirements analysis experience in performing the duties of a business analyst, including but not limited to: conducting business and/or systems analysis, elicitation and validation of requirements, and producing requirements documentation
  • Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience working on enterprise-level software development projects with an active role in working with a wide range of stakeholders, including but not limited to: customers, project managers, technical teams, and other business analysts
Desired Qualifications:
  • Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience performing analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements in a software development environment
  • Between four (4) and seven (7) years of business and systems analysis experience working on the implementation of enterprise systems and conducting analysis for the creation of shared enterprise components
  • Between four (4) and seven (7) years of business and systems analysis experience on analyzing data and relational databases
  • Between four (4) and seven (7) years of business and systems analysis experience on evaluating, identifying, and leveraging data for consolidation and reuse between different systems and stakeholders
  • Between four (4) and seven (7) years of creating requirements documentation, including but not limited to: use cases, data dictionary, business rules catalog, screen prototypes, screen specifications, and adhering to pre-established templates
  • Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience working independently in conducting the full analysis of a project
  • Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience with business process reengineering and optimization, including analyzing and formulating To-Be processes and requirements
  • Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience identifying, documenting, and leveraging business requirements across multiple business and technical area stakeholders
