  • Communicate Complex Data Findings: Present complex data findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Use Power BI skills to streamline reporting and increase efficiency, while providing technical mentorship to team members.
  • Oversee KPI Governance: Ensure accuracy and relevance in KPI metrics through technical expertise.
  • Manage BAU Work: Prioritize tasks effectively using a deep understanding of Power BI development.
Requirements
  • Strong Team Player: Ability to build relationships across senior stakeholders and communicate honestly.
  • Experience in MI Delivery: Experience in delivering management information through data visualization tools (preferably Power BI) within operational teams.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Power BI Accreditation: Working towards or holding a Power BI professional accreditation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient or working towards proficiency in technical disciplines such as DAX, SQL, R, and Python.
