Client Services Team Lead

**Job Summary**
Partners Capital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Client Services team as a Senior Associate. The successful candidate will work closely with the Investment team to manage the implementation of client investment strategies, oversee junior team members, and provide operational support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the implementation of client investment strategies, ensuring timely and accurate execution across all asset classes.
- Support the client operations leadership team in overseeing the associates in the London Client Service Team.
- Own a small portfolio of complex clients, managing trade execution and client servicing requirements.
- Collaborate with the Transformation Office on operational-related strategic and tactical projects.
- Assess internal controls and recommend improvements to strengthen our operational risk environment.
- Monitor adherence to all processes and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and fiduciary requirements.
- Coach and mentor junior staff, holding regular one-on-one meetings and engaging in our annual Performance Development process.
**Requirements**
- Be degree educated or have equivalent work experience operating within a similar role.
- Ideal candidates will have a professional qualification recognized within the financial sector.
- Have approximately 4-6 years' experience working within Financial Services.
- Have a good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/Outlook.
- Have strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to evaluate and interpret numerical data.
- Have a good grasp of account opening procedures and relevant FCA guidelines around supporting documentation and KYC requirements.
