Join Team ITG, Inc. as a Lead Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to cultivate and enhance relationships within our diverse portfolio of CRM services clients. This role involves collaborating closely with our account teams to manage daily CRM campaign operations. As an experienced Client Relationship Manager, you should be dedicated to surpassing client expectations and eager to embrace new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate effectively with client teams to understand their business objectives.
  2. Ensure the account team consistently delivers high-quality operational activities that meet client deadlines.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding CRM services, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their needs and performance indicators.
  4. Guide and support a team of Account Managers and Executives in gathering detailed requirements for data-driven campaigns and projects.
  5. Oversee project management from initiation to completion, including performance reporting and actionable recommendations for campaign enhancements.

Success Factors:

  1. Proactive management of client relationships and effective communication.
  2. Ability to mentor and support a team of Account Managers and Executives.
  3. Ensure efficient management of client campaigns and adherence to deadlines.
  4. Continuously seek opportunities for account growth and operational efficiency.
  5. Maintain financial oversight of campaigns and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree-level education preferred, but not mandatory.
  2. Experience in the email marketing sector is highly valued.
  3. A minimum of 4 years in a client-facing role within an agency environment, ideally in digital or integrated services.
  4. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
