Client Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Director to join our Client Services Team at Team ITG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day CRM campaign activity for our clients, working closely with the wider account teams to ensure exceptional delivery and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver CRM campaigns across multiple clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with the client team to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Lead and manage a team of Account Managers and Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses, ensuring financial management and reporting.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve client campaigns and services.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a digital or integrated agency.
- Strong understanding of CRM and email marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
