Job Title: Private Equity Associate Tax Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Director to join our Private Equity team at Pro-Tax. As a Tax Director, you will be responsible for providing technical advice to private equity backed companies across a wide range of projects, including post-acquisition support and integration, transactions, and tax reporting and compliance engagements.
About the Role:
- Provide technical advice to private equity backed companies on tax matters, including post-acquisition support and integration, transactions, and tax reporting and compliance engagements.
- Manage and coordinate input from tax specialists in VAT, employment taxes, management incentives, and share schemes.
- Oversee tax reporting and compliance engagements for clients.
- Work closely with the Private Equity team to advise on tax matters related to private equity backed companies.

Requirements:
