About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Director to join our team, specializing in advising private equity backed companies. As an Associate Tax Director, you will be responsible for providing technical advice across a wide range of projects, including post-acquisition support, group reorganizations, transactions, refinancings, and sell-side support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice on tax matters related to private equity backed companies
- Support post-acquisition activities, including integration and group reorganizations
- Assist with transactions, including bolt-on acquisitions, carve-outs, and disposals
- Manage and coordinate input from tax specialists in VAT, employment taxes, management incentives, and share schemes
- Oversee tax reporting and compliance engagements for clients
