We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Director to join our Private Equity team. As an Associate Tax Director, you will play a key role in advising private equity backed companies on tax matters.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical advice on post-acquisition support and integration
- Manage group reorganisations and simplifications
- Coordinate input from tax specialists in VAT, employment taxes, management incentives and share schemes
- Oversee tax reporting and compliance engagements for clients
- Support transactions, including bolt-on acquisitions, carve-outs, disposals, refinancings and cash realisations
- Manage and coordinate input and advice from member firms for clients with international operations
You will join a dynamic and successful team that advises private equity backed companies on tax matters. Our team is known for its expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
