This team focuses on advising private equity backed companies, post-deal. They are a market-leading M&A Tax team who are extremely successful in the market. They refer all post-acquisition work to the PE backed team, where they continue the relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post-acquisition support and integration
- Group reorganisations and simplifications
- Transactions - bolt-on acquisitions (due diligence and structuring), carve-outs, disposals
- Refinancings and cash realisations
- Sell-side support on a future exit event
- Managing and coordinating input from tax specialists in VAT, employment taxes, management incentives and share schemes
- Managing and coordinating input and advice from member firms for clients with international operations
- Overseeing tax reporting and compliance engagements for your clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing team that advises private equity backed companies, post-deal. The team is a market-leading M&A Tax team who are extremely successful in the market. They refer all post-acquisition work to the PE backed team, where they continue the relationship.
About the Role:
You will have responsibility for providing technical advice across a wide range of projects for private equity portfolio companies. This includes post-acquisition support and integration, group reorganisations and simplifications, transactions, refinancings and cash realisations, sell-side support on a future exit event, and managing and coordinating input from tax specialists.
