Global Brand Manager (Maternity Cover)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the brand's business strategy, aligning with global brand plans and delivering business targets.
  • Collaborate with the global category team and markets to create and deliver a consumer and HCP-driven brand growth plan.
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing Manager to build a 1-3 year brand growth plan, executing based on the global brand growth model.
  • Lead the global data-driven communication plan for consumers and HCP, driving brand performance and identifying drivers and drainers.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create and deliver best-in-class brand assets, analyzing global and local brand performance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product and brand management of health & beauty products or FMCG at local and regional/global levels.
  • Proven track record of successful brand building and full commercial P&L management.
  • Experience across a variety of brands & categories, especially in European markets.
  • Ability to contribute to brand planning at local and global levels.
  • Experience in developing and delivering new growth-driving creative ideas.
  • Leadership capability in developing and delivering successful integrated digital campaigns.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience of marketing in regulated categories, ideally within consumer healthcare.
