Karo Group, a leading player in the consumer health industry, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the brand growth agenda of our flagship brand, Lamisil. As a Global Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering brand performance expectations aligned with our global brand plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand growth strategy for Lamisil, leveraging consumer and HCP insights to drive sales, share, and brand equity.
- Collaborate with the global category team and markets to create and deliver a consumer and HCP-driven brand growth plan, accelerating sales and brand performance.
- Design and implement global data-driven communication plans, both for consumers and HCPs, to drive brand awareness and preference.
- Oversee the global media strategy, learnings, and optimization, with a focus on key markets.
- Lead the creation of global toolkits for consumers and HCPs, aligned with brand heart and in collaboration with the Global HCP Marketing Lead and Content Lead.
- Drive cross-functional internal and external teams to create and deliver best-in-class brand assets and guidelines.
- Analyze global and local brand performance, identifying drivers and drainers, and driving corrective action to ensure brand growth and performance.
- 5+ years of experience in product management and brand management of health & beauty products or FMCG at local level (UK, Germany mainly) and preferably at a regional/global level.
- Proven track record of successful brand building and full commercial P&L management in competitive categories.
- Detailed understanding of what it takes to win in eComm channels.
- Experience on a variety of brands & categories across markets, especially European markets (preferably in UK and Germany) as well as international experience outside Europe.
- Ability to strongly contribute to brand planning – at a local and, ideally global level.
- Experience in developing and delivering to markets new growth-driving creative ideas and brand programmes.
- Leadership capability in the development and delivery of successful integrated digital campaigns.
- Highly skilled in delivering brand performance and leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience of marketing in regulated categories, ideally within consumer healthcare.
