About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead the Tassimo brand in the UK market. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that drives business growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Tassimo brand strategy in the UK, including local brand communications, media strategy, and activation plans.
  • Manage a portfolio of marketing initiatives, including pricing, promotions, and insights, to drive business growth and market share.
  • Oversee the performance tracking and analysis of Tassimo's market performance, using data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including global brand teams, partners, and retailers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of brand-building, ATL, and BTL campaigns, and innovation delivery.
  • Strong commercial, category, and consumer insight experience, with the ability to handle complex data and insights to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of initiating and driving change successfully in previous functions.
