Job Description

Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for our healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand management and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies: Define and develop marketing strategies to maximize return on investment for the brand(s).
  • Lead brand planning process: Lead the brand planning process in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and coordinate the brand team to ensure effective strategies and plans are in place to drive growth.
  • Manage brand portfolio: Manage the brand portfolio, including full budgetary responsibility for ensuring promotional campaigns are delivered within agreed spending limits.
  • Monitor and control budget spending: Monitor and control budget spending on a monthly basis.
  • Lead brand innovation process: Lead the brand innovation process from ideation, business case preparation, presentation, and implementation.
  • Deliver sales and market share targets: Deliver sales and market share targets.
  • Manage A&P budget: Manage A&P budget.
  • Project management: Manage projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Business planning: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Brand performance measurement and reporting: Analyze and report brand performance (financial and in-market) with insights based on validated facts.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience: A degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or business.
  • Marketing qualifications preferred: Marketing qualifications, such as a marketing certification or a degree in marketing.
  • Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Financial acumen: Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
  • Proficient at MS Office, Powerpoint & Excel: Proficient at using MS Office, Powerpoint, and Excel.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in relevant environment: A proven track record in a relevant environment, such as the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Relevant brand management or marketing experience: Relevant brand management or marketing experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Healthcare Professional engagement experience: Experience in engaging with healthcare professionals, including media, CRM, sales support, and advocacy programs.
  • People management: Experience in managing people, including leadership and team management.
  • Strong influencing skills: Strong influencing skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
