Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our Marketing team in the UK. This role will be office-based in Maidenhead and will involve leading the development of marketing strategies, including brand development and campaign implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

Define and develop marketing strategies to match the position of the brand in its life cycle and maximize potential.

Brand Analysis and Monitoring

Undertake complete analysis of the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns and monitor implementation.

Brand P & L Management

Manage the brand P & L, including full budgetary responsibility for ensuring promotional campaigns within agreed spending limits.

Team Leadership

Lead and coordinate the brand team.

Strategic Brand Planning

Lead the preparation of the strategic brand plan, update, and long-range plan (LRP) in the area of product responsibility.

Campaign Development

Develop brand strategies/campaigns observing all Abbott and industry standards.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Marketing qualifications preferred.
  • Intermediate use of MS Office.
  • Relevant brand management or marketing experience and a proven track record of success.
  • Strong influencing and project management skills.
