We are currently seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our Marketing team in the UK. This role will be based in our office in Maidenhead.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of marketing strategies, including brand development and campaign implementation. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and developing marketing strategies to maximize brand potential and drive business growth.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns, and monitoring implementation.
  • Managing the brand's profit and loss (P&L) statement, including budgetary responsibility for promotional campaigns.
  • Leading and coordinating the brand team to achieve business objectives.
  • Preparing the strategic brand plan, update, and long-range plan (LRP) for the product portfolio.
  • Forecasting demand to a high level of accuracy.
  • Developing and implementing key opinion leader (KOL) and market development strategies.
  • Assisting in preparing the plan, LRP, and update.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Marketing qualifications and leadership skills.
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Office.

Experience:

  • A proven track record in a relevant environment.
  • Relevant brand management or marketing experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • People management and influencing skills.
  • Industry experience is preferred.
