Job Description

We are seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our UK-wide Marketing team. As a key role on our highest profile Instants brands, you will be responsible for delivering exciting innovation and renovations across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the commercialization of innovation and renovation projects, managing local and global stakeholders
  • Developing and delivering against business cases on key projects for growth
  • Being a brand guardian and champion for our Instant brands, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Supporting Senior Brand Managers and Marketing Manager on range and portfolio management
  • Conducting brand performance tracking and shaping insights and actions for growth

Requirements:

  • Previous marketing experience, preferably in FMCG
  • Brand building and NPD experience with strong project management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability
  • Superb relationship building and cross-functional working skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and a 'can do' attitude
