Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our UK-wide Marketing team. As a key role on our highest profile Instants brands, you will be responsible for delivering exciting innovation and renovations across our brands.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the commercialization of innovation and renovation projects through our stage gate process, managing local and global stakeholders.
- Developing and delivering projects that include artwork, graphics, new technologies, blends, packaging, and channel-specific NPD.
- Developing and delivering against agreed business cases on key projects for growth.
- Being a brand guardian and champion for our Instant brands, working closely with Senior Brand Managers and cross-functional teams to execute NPD with excellence.
- Supporting Senior Brand Managers and Marketing Manager on range and portfolio management and deployment of NPD through powerful brand plans.
- Conducting brand performance tracking on key Instant brands, shaping insights and actions for growth, working alongside our retail teams.
Requirements:
- Previous marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Brand building and NPD experience with strong project management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with good analytical ability, ability to turn data into insights and actions.
- Superb relationship building and cross-functional working skills.
We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days a week in our new office in Maidenhead, which is walking distance from the Elizabeth Line and offers free parking. Our office also features a L'Or cafe, providing excellent coffee options.
