Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand growth plan to drive sales, share, and brand equity.
- Collaborate with the global category team and markets to create and deliver a consumer and HCP driven brand growth plan.
- Lead the global data-driven communication plan to consumers and HCP.
- Oversee the global media strategy, learnings, and optimization.
- Develop and maintain global brand search and media sufficiency.
- Lead the creation of global toolkits for consumers and HCP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver best-in-class brand assets and guidelines.
- 5+ years of experience in product management and brand management of health & beauty products or FMCG.
- Proven track record of successful brand building and commercial P&L management.
- Detailed understanding of what it takes to win in eComm channels.
- Experience in developing and delivering to markets new growth-driving creative ideas and brand programmes.
- Leadership capability in delivering brand performance and leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience of marketing in regulated categories, ideally within consumer healthcare.
