Key Responsibilities:- Lead the brand growth agenda for Karo's flagship brand, Lamisil, driving business targets and performance expectations aligned with global brand plans.
- Collaborate with the global category team to create and deliver a consumer and HCP-driven brand growth plan, accelerating sales, share, and brand equity.
- Design and execute global marketing strategies, including media planning, data-driven communication, and brand search and media sufficiency.
- Develop and deliver global toolkits for consumers and HCP, aligned with brand heart and media plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams to create and deliver best-in-class brand assets and guidelines.
- 5+ years of experience in product management and brand management of health & beauty products or FMCG, preferably at a regional or global level.
- Proven track record of successful brand building, commercial P&L management, and experience in eComm channels.
- Detailed understanding of what it takes to win in eComm channels and experience in developing and delivering growth-driving creative ideas and brand programmes.
- Leadership capability in delivering brand performance and leading complex cross-functional initiatives with successful outcomes.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and experience of marketing in regulated categories, ideally within consumer healthcare.
