Global Brand Manager Job Description

Karo Healthcare, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking a talented Global Brand Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the brand growth agenda of our biggest brand, Lamisil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand growth plan to drive sales, share, and brand equity.
  • Collaborate with the global category team and markets to create and deliver a consumer and HCP driven brand growth plan.
  • Lead the global data-driven communication plan to consumers and HCP.
  • Oversee the global media strategy, learnings, and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain global brand search and media sufficiency.
  • Lead the creation of global toolkits for consumers and HCP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver best-in-class brand assets and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management and brand management of health & beauty products or FMCG.
  • Proven track record of successful brand building and commercial P&L management.
  • Detailed understanding of what it takes to win in eComm channels.
  • Experience in developing and delivering to markets new growth-driving creative ideas and brand programmes.
  • Leadership capability in delivering brand performance and leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience of marketing in regulated categories, ideally within consumer healthcare.
