About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Partnerships Development Manager to join our team at Pure, a fast-growing healthy food-to-go group with 15 shops across central London and major transport hubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Partnerships: Support the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing brand partnerships to meet our strategic requirements, including management and delivery of co-branded activations for both B2C and B2B.
  • Local Partnerships: Manage and deliver agreed activities with local partners/landlords partnerships, such as Carnaby Estate, Network Rail, and specific audiences like NHS and students for discounts.
  • Sampling Activations: Manage B2B / B2C sampling activations, including in shops, at events, or at Gatwick airport.
  • Events and Activations: Manage and deliver B2B events & activities, including events like regular sampling pop-ups for key business partners, running a stand at a business show (e.g. The PA Show).
  • Marketing Support: Support the broader marketing and B2B Sales team on ad hoc activations to help drive brand awareness and drive sales of our catering.
  • Social Media: Share management of social media, including content and copywriting.
  • Awards Submissions: Support with awards submissions.
  • Brand Elevation: Identify and execute opportunities to elevate our brand and drive sales.
  • Marketing Inbox: Monitor the marketing inbox and action accordingly (shared responsibility).
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in-house implementing physical marketing strategies at events is essential.
  • Brand Partnership Experience: Proven experience managing and amplifying brand partnerships is essential.
  • Organisation Skills: Exceptional organisation skills are essential.
  • Excel and Analytical Skills: Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Attention to Detail: Obsessive attention to detail and really caring about your output.
  • Market Knowledge: Experience in hospitality, FTG, restaurants or food retail a real bonus.

Pure is a fast-growing, healthy food-to-go group with 15 shops across central London and major transport hubs. Our offering focuses on healthy, natural and delicious food including salads, wraps, toasties, smoothies, and coffee. We have a number of sales channels: in-store, Click & Collect, our own catering delivery service and working with third parties to deliver our food.

This is a really exciting time to join our expanding marketing team, in a pivotal role which works closely with all other departments throughout the business. The role will be based in our Head Office in Moorgate, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager.
