About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Contact Centre Sales Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Support: Provide sales support to customers, answering questions and making recommendations on our products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
  • Sales and Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
