More about your role 

Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, you will play a key role in the day to day delivery of the client's portfolio in terms of statutory and legislative requirements.

More about you 

Ensuring portfolio compliance across all managed sites, you will also undertake FM inspections including building and contractor compliance. As well as liaising with the FM Help Desk on all real time requests, you will be responsible for reporting on any accidents and incidents that may arise. 

As well as assisting in the creation of site documentation, you will prepare and implement company service provider policy and SLAs in line with the business plan.

Experience & Skills

  • A proven track record of management or delivery of commercial properties, 
  • An understanding of Health, Safety and Compliance within the FM industry,
  • Industry qualifications such as IOSH and NEBOSH.
