The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Management Analyst to join our team in Canary Wharf, London. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CRM platforms, with a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills. This role is critical in optimizing our lead management processes, supporting our sales and marketing teams, and driving our business success in the UK market.

Tasks
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead management strategies to optimize CRM effectiveness and drive ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize the use of Salesforce and HubSpot to enhance lead qualification, tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure CRM strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into campaign performance and lead management.
  • Train and support team members in the effective use of CRM tools, ensuring adherence to best practices in data management.
  • Monitor and enhance CRM data quality and integrity, implementing necessary improvements to maintain high standards.
  • Stay abreast of the latest CRM trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our lead management processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a CRM analyst role or similar position, with a strong focus on lead management.
  • Expertise in CRM software, such as Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
