Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior team members in nurturing and expanding relationships with European financial entities, including digital investment platforms and independent wealth managers.
  • Support business development initiatives and strategic planning efforts.
  • Engage in prospecting activities to cultivate relationships that enhance distribution across various investor segments throughout the EMEA region.
  • Serve as a primary contact for providing sales and service support to both prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate across the firm's divisions to ensure a seamless investor onboarding experience and exceptional client service.
  • Maintain and enhance databases while providing project management assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA or CFA designation is advantageous).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in capital markets or asset management, with prior asset management experience being beneficial.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (preferably French, Italian, or German).
  • Familiarity with alternative asset classes.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and a knack for building and maintaining a robust network of relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential.
  • Capability to engage with a sophisticated investor base.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM technologies, such as Salesforce.
