Exciting Opportunity for a Dynamics 365 CRM System Analyst

Our client, a reputable service sector organisation, is embarking on a large-scale digital transformation project, including a full upgrade of their existing CRM solution to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. They are seeking an enthusiastic system analyst with experience in implementing Dynamics 365 CE/CRM to join the project team.

This hands-on, functional role will involve working within a small team on the end-to-end functional upgrade life cycle from Dynamics CRM to D365 CE, including requirement gathering/analysis, process mapping/design, documentation, testing, and training users. You will also be responsible for system customisation and configuration tasks, including low-code development and Power Platform/Power Automate configuration.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 CE/Dynamics CRM software, with end-to-end project life cycle skills from analysis/design through to go-live. Power BI/data reporting experience is desirable but not essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile project with a reputable client, with a starting base salary up to £40,000 (flexible, experience-dependent) and an attractive company benefits package, including pension, healthcare, and company bonus.
