About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CRM Business Analyst to join our team at Shared Services Partnership. As a key member of our Housing Management ICT team, you will play a crucial role in driving forward innovative CRM solutions that empower service delivery and improve the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional consultants to improve and support our Dynamics CRM system.
  • Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, produce functional specifications, and coordinate system upgrades and developments.
  • Ensure our CRM processes are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with legal and regulatory standards, such as GDPR.
  • Work on system enhancements, testing, and providing support to users.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience with Dynamics CRM management, ideally within social housing or local government. You should have strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365, with the ability to develop business workflows and communicate the benefits of CRM to stakeholders.

Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help you support users and deliver high-quality solutions. Experience in delivering CRM projects end-to-end is a must, as is the ability to produce functional documentation and support testing processes.
