Position Overview

In the role of CRM Solutions Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce to effectively connect Doctify's operational requirements with technological innovations. You will serve as a vital link between our primary commercial sectors, including Sales, Commercial, and Customer Success. Business analysts are essential in ensuring that our technological frameworks, data architecture, and overall systems are in alignment with our strategic objectives, ultimately contributing to the success of the organization.

About Doctify

As a prominent global healthcare review platform, Doctify empowers patients to make informed healthcare decisions, having already supported over 50 million patients. In early 2023, we successfully raised an additional $10 million in a growth funding round led by Beringea, a transatlantic venture capital firm. This funding will enable us to further our mission of assisting over 100 million patients by 2025.

This investment, totaling over $29 million to date, will facilitate our expansion into key international markets, enhance our product offerings, and grow our global team.

Our team consists of over 100 dedicated professionals across five countries, all united in our mission to ensure that no patient is left unheard.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Evaluation: Assessing current systems within our technology stack and analyzing the implications of proposed modifications.
  • Requirements Analysis: Engaging with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Process Enhancement: Identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to boost operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Insights: Contributing to strategic initiatives by offering insights on how technology can facilitate business objectives.
  • Data Integrity: Evaluating data accuracy within CRM systems and resolving discrepancies.
  • Workflow Visualization: Developing visual representations of business processes to effectively communicate workflows.
  • Implementation Support: Executing and operationalizing proposed changes within Doctify's systems architecture.
  • Testing Assistance: Aiding in the creation of test plans and participating in testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Candidate Profile

To thrive in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Experience with various CRM and billing systems (such as HubSpot, Chargebee, Gainsight).
  • Strong analytical skills with a practical approach to problem-solving.
  • A keen interest in systems and organizational design from a data-driven perspective.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and broader commercial teams to support their system and data needs.
