Your role @CHANEL:

The Fashion Marketing Team are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented CRM Analyst to support the Clienteling Culture & Insights Manager in executing the UK client strategic plan, implementing various marketing and CRM activities, and analyzing the business across a variety of reporting tools to provide meaningful client insights. This individual will work closely with boutique CRM Executives to meet key clienteling objectives, while also frequently collaborating with the wider Marketing Team.

Client Intelligence:

Produce strategic client analysis for key management meetings and presentations Conduct research into industry/client/tourism trends according to business needs to support analysis Support on weekly/monthly/quarterly client reports for boutique teams to track their KPIs and objectives Manage Power BI dashboards, continually seeking to improve/simplify/smoothen to facilitate data visibility to a wider audience Infuse Client Data Posture in boutiques to maintain the highest quality and commitment to client data Retail Engagement:

Drive retail engagement programme for CRM through content planning and co-hosting training sessions, workshops, and seminars in a creative and impactful manner Manage client input for boutique events, from targeting to ROI analyses for UK and Global Teams Act as key liaison with CRM Executives for client events and gifting; collate feedback on key moments and gather critical boutique insights to support data analyses on a monthly basis Help build annual Clienteling Objectives based on thorough analysis of business context, in line with divisional strategy What you will bring to the role:

Excellent analytical skills, mathematical understanding, and attention to detail Confidence in presenting to both internal and external audiences of varying size Digital savviness, advanced Microsoft Excel/PPT skills, knowledge of Power BI/Salesforce a plus A strong understanding of and passion for the luxury fashion industry You are energised by:

Analyzing data in a thoughtful and accurate manner; spotting trends and providing actionable insights Working in a timely manner without compromise on detail or precision Taking on information quickly and accurately to add value to the team Collaborating across a multitude of stakeholders, from the retail teams to the WFJ/F&B teams to the Global teams Coaching and mentoring boutique counterparts in various initiatives to ensure we are delivering the ultimate luxury experience to our clients Contributing to the on-going and company wide version of sustainability.
