**What Will You Do**
- Day to day queries from parks and customers
- Annual stock revaluations
- Loading of new stock into system and raising PO’s
- Oversight of stock movements on park
- Support the accurate collection of Cost of Sales within system to enable accurate reconciliation and profit reporting.
- Arranging transport and siting of new homes ensuring good supplier relations
- Support aftersales queries from parks and suppliers
- Administer trade sales and asset disposals
- Support marketing with images, shows and so on
- Process buy backs
- Stock reporting
- Support and improve process changes within the business
- Manage year end stock takes and monthly stock reconciliations - including on park if required

**What Will You Bring**
- Experience of supplier and contract management including where services have been delivered through sub-contractors
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with team members and external parties
- Has the ability to handle and resolve vendor/supplier complaints and comments.
- Strongly analytical, with well-developed problem solving skills
- Well-developed negotiating skills
- Able to use Microsoft Office products proficiently, in particular MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
- Experience with other MS products such as MS SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Business Central and MS PowerPoint will be beneficial.
- Full driving licence with own vehicle
