The Customer Administrator will be responsible for the accurate administration and delivery of all owner related tasks including contract administration, bulk checks, mail shots and filing.

**What Will You Do**
- Deal with day to day queries from parks and customers
- Check sales paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness of sales
- Manage the contract administration process and deals with any queries
- Process owner account changes ensuring compliance with contracts and legislation
- Generate and distribute bulk annual mail shots/communications
- Administer monthly address and insurance checks
- Files and archives relevant documents
- Support and improve process changes within the business
- Supports Commercial Support Team with duties such as bulk billing runs, mail shots, year-end stock takes and so on - including on park or out of the office if required

**What Will You Bring**
- Experience of contract law and management
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with team members and external parties
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and comments.
- Highly analytical with attention to detail and well-developed problem solving skills
- Negotiating skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products proficiently, in particular MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
- Experience with other MS products such as MS SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Business Central and MS PowerPoint will be beneficial.
- Full driving licence with own vehicle
