Currently recruiting an Administrator for a temp to perm position. The job is to commence ASAP.

**Client Details**

A Fife based non-profit organisation with over 100 years of history in the charity field.

**Description**

Duties will include:

- Prepare and collate agreed agenda and papers and issue to committee members
- Attend all committee meetings, taking an accurate minute and agreed actions
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the senior leadership team and chief executive
- Organisation of meetings including booking rooms, preparing schedules, itineraries, etc.
- Maintain and update relevant databases and document management systems
- Manage chief executive's diary and appointments and handle confidential information
- Typing of correspondence

**Profile**
- A track record of performing in senior admin roles, demonstrating good judgement and rational decision-making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- A keen eye for details
- Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal

**Job Offer**
- Hybrid role - Many parts of the role can be done working remotely however travel will be required to the office for meetings and events
- Permanent, 35 hours a week
- Temp to Perm basis
