Our client, an innovative and successful multi-site Engineering and Marine Business' is seeking to appoint a capable Administrator for a fixed term contract at their site in Rosyth.

Supporting the PeopleCentre HR Hub with full administration support including uploading and manipulating confidential data and information on to their business Database, HR Systems and using Microsoft Office packages on a daily basis.

Experience Required:

- Previous experience in dealing with high volume transactional changes within an HR system.
- Confident use of Data Base and Microsoft office packages
- Competent keyboard skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

The individual successful for the role will:

- Be committed to providing the highest-level admin support to stakeholders.
- Be a real Data driven person that has a solid understanding of how systems work.
- Be keen to learn and adapt to the changing needs of the business.
