Working for this national timber manufacturing business as Payroll Administrator, you’ll ensure payroll is run on schedule for up to 1200 staff members. You’ll have access to excellent software making this process smooth and straightforward for you. This role will also see you getting involved in various HR related activities too as you’ll sit within the wider HR team.
**Salary - **Up to £26,000 Per Annum
**Location - **Dunfermline** - Hybrid 3 days from home**
**Role Type** - Permanent / Full Time / 8:30-5 / Mon-Fri

**The Role**
As a Payroll Administrator, your primary responsibility is to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time by collecting and inputting data into the payroll system. This role also covers remits outside of payroll such as the administration of the time management system, handling new starts and leavers, tracking absences, and overseeing company benefits and pension compliance. It’s a good opportunity for an experienced payroll administrator to explore HR alongside their payroll position.
To succeed, you need at least 1 year of experience in weekly and monthly payroll processing, along with a good knowledge of payroll legislation.
