Based in the Estates Office at Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline, you will join a small administration team who provide extensive administrative support to the Estates staff within this locality and across Fife. This will include ordering, invoicing, payroll processing and associated documentation, help desk administration, contracts administration and any other administrative duties as required.

You should have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills. Good IT experience and the ability to utilise a number of in house systems as well as an excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Packages especially excel. You should be able to work on your own as well as working as part of a team. Previous experience of using corporate systems such as MICAD, SSTS and PECOS is desirable.

Minimum qualifications for the post will be at HNC / Higher level or equivalent experience with a significant experience working in a demanding and busy office environment.

This post requires you to be flexible (with the opportunity of extra hours to cover absence) and have the ability to travel throughout Fife to other localities.

Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
