Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and preparing meeting rooms
- Assist in maintaining office policies and procedures
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and other computerised office systems
- Experience in clerical and administrative tasks
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Typing proficiency to ensure timely completion of tasks

Pay: £8.39-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
