**Office Assistant**

You will work as an integral part of an existing team to support the day-to-day administration services of the business.

**Person Specification**
- Strong administration experience
- Have excellent attention to detail and ability to cope with multiple requests, whilst remaining calm
- Demonstrate reliability, flexibility & adaptability
- Display an engaging, enthusiastic & confident manner
- Work effectively within a team

**Role Duties & Responsibilities - Updated & Additional Tasks**
- Booking rooms for internal and external meetings, and arranging meeting schedules
- Booking travel and arranging accommodation for internal staff
- Liaising with internal teams to identify content for the company intranet page
- Taking minutes for the various internal meetings.
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationary and office consumables
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks for other teams as required - Business Coordination, Commerical, Finance, Recruitment and HR Teams

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,838.00 per year
