**The role**
As an Invoice Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll provide support to the Resource Manager with administration tasks connected to the smooth payment of the supply chain.
Day to day, you’ll assist in reviewing the daily unpaid invoices against the Purchase Order and engage with the delivery teams to efficiently clear down the unpaid invoice list, engage with delivery teams to clear the unpaid invoice list, assist with the weekly processing of supplier valuations and support the Resource Manager in the commercial processes connected with the Purchase to Pay (P2P) Process and associated tasks.
- Assist the Systems & Processes Co-ordinator in the weekly processing of supplier Valuations connected with Labour and Large Plant (Goods Receipting)
- Assist the Systems & Processes Co-ordinator in the monthly PBA process to ensure supplier valuations are monitored and cleared to facilitate PBA payments
- Assist where required in reviewing the daily unpaid invoices against the Purchase Order and engage with the delivery teams to efficiently clear down the unpaid invoice list
- Update the invoices within the ERP system to take account of the engagement with the delivery teams with the goal of clearing unpaid invoices within 14-days or receipt
- Assist in the creation of Requisitions / Purchase orders as required
This role is full time and will be based at Hamilton on site.
**Essential experience of the Invoice Administrator**:
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Excellent administrative skills and computer literacy, particularly MS Office including Excel
- Ability to work unsupervised and to work efficiently to meet set deadlines
- Attention to detail
- SAP experience
- Good with numbers
