Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Handle incoming telephone calls professionally, directing inquiries appropriately
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite and ICT systems daily, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Prepare documentation for site meetings and facilitate smooth communication channels
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping
- Assist project teams with administrative tasks and coordination efforts
- Support contract administration, ensuring document management and compliance
- Compile Operations & Maintenance manuals to meet project requirements
- Undertake general administrative duties to uphold office efficiency
- Maintain accurate records, including estimating and project spreadsheets
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain necessary information promptly and efficiently
- Maintaining client project folders

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel and other Office 365 apps
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong planning and prioritization abilities, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines
- Preferably (But not essential), a background or knowledge of the Construction Industry
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to provide relevant working references from previous roles
- Demonstrate ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £8.35-£11.37 per hour
