Office Administrator Assistant
The role is to support the Office Manager in the running of the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using computer systems, MS Office Suite
- Administrative experience in an office setting.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
The role would be ideally suited to a person who has some experience of working in an office and dealing with customers for appointments and queries. They will be helping organise and run a number of business operating from the premises as the assistant to the office manager.
Our main lines of work are heating and plumbing. We proved all aspects of care and maintenance for all types of heating. Knowledge of the heating and plumbing industry is not necessary but the applicant needs to be adaptable and have an ability to learn.

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week
