**What you'll be doing?**
The key purpose of the Maintenance Administrator is to obtaining spare parts, looking after maintenance stores & raising purchase orders when required. Also, Assisting with administration of a range of compliance checks.
Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Administrator include;
- Responsible for maintenance stores & the replenishment of maintenance consignment stock by raising purchase orders.
- Assisting with administration of a range of compliance checks including crane maintenance reports, lifting equipment certification & Zurich inspection reports
- Participation in the companies continuous improvement activities to give a sustained improvement in quality, efficiency and reliability & conduct project work when required.
- Be actively involved in any process improvement or quality investigation in regard to non-conforming product including working with other functions & cataloguing critical spares used throughout site.

As an experienced Maintenance Administrator, you will be passionate about maintaining exceptional standards and have an eye for detail and accuracy. You will be proactive, methodical, and logical with your approach and possess problem solving skills. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and work well within a team.
Other Requirements include;
- Familiarity of operating CMMS packages.
- Experience in working in stores & previous experience ordering parts.
- Ability to work at height and within confined spaces.
- Ability to achieve deadlines and targets consistently & to be process focused.
**And this is what you'll get in return?**
- Salary £24k to £28k depending on experience.
- 1PM Finish on a Friday
