As part of the Logistics change team you’ll be working in one of the most transformational areas of Sainsburys, supporting us in becoming making leading and an innovative retailer who delivers exceptional solutions for our customers and colleagues.

The logistics transformation programme is one of the most ambitious change programmes Sainsburys will deliver and you will be an integral part of planning and delivering the change to the business.

Our Business Change Managers are critical in effectively landing a variety of initiatives that integrate, automate, and optimise processes and systems across the Logistics Team driving efficiency and a world class customer experience to support our ambitious targets.

We are looking for a new colleague who has experience in Change Management, specifically working on digital transformations with an ability to translate technical information into language our colleagues can understand as well as being able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.

**What you Need to Know & Show**

1 - 3 years of experience in Change Management roles.

Awareness of Change Management tools and methodologies and how they support in delivering projects.

Experience of delivering Change Management methodologies and tools, including communications, engagement, training materials and co-ordinating training, stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.

Experience in delivering end-to-end change initiatives - clear understanding and experience in translating a change plan into action and delivery within a project environment

Experience of working on a digital transformation and translating technical language into training materials suitable for all colleagues

Experience in developing short videos which bring the training ‘to life’

Demonstration of previous experience of identifying opportunities, developing solutions, and prioritising delivery to maximise business benefit.

Excellent communicator - confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

A self-starter - proactive and solutions focused.

Ability to understand complex information and dilute it into simple and engaging materials

Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, project timelines and deliverables are changing at a rapid pace, so the ability to be agile in temperament, keep cool in a high-pressured environment and deal with lots of unknowns whilst moving forward and continuing to deliver is essential
